These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made on my-sweet-ldr.com and its subdomains. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2 Products & delivery
All products sold on My Sweet LDR are digital products (PDF files, downloadable content, online resources). No physical item will be shipped.
Instant delivery. You'll receive your product by email right after your payment is confirmed. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us at
nico@my-sweet-ldr.com.
Prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of all applicable taxes. My Sweet LDR reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice, but the price at the time of purchase is final.
3 Refund policy
🛡️ 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked.
To request a refund, simply send an email to nico@my-sweet-ldr.com with your order details. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
After the 30-day window, no refund can be issued.
4 Intellectual property
All content sold on My Sweet LDR, including but not limited to PDF files, graphics, activities, and written content, is the exclusive property of My Sweet LDR and is protected by copyright law.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the product for your own private use. You may not:
- Reproduce, copy, or distribute the content in any form
- Sell, resell, or share the product with third parties
- Use the content for commercial purposes
- Modify or create derivative works from the content
Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.
5 Limitation of liability
My Sweet LDR products are provided for entertainment and personal use. Results may vary depending on individual use and circumstances. My Sweet LDR cannot be held responsible for any outcome resulting from the use of its products.
In no event shall My Sweet LDR's liability exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
6 Privacy & personal data
By making a purchase, you agree that your email address may be used to send you your order, order-related communications, and occasional offers from My Sweet LDR.
We collect only the data necessary to process your order. Your payment information is processed securely by Stripe or PayPal. We never store your card details.
In accordance with French law (Loi Informatique et Libertés) and the GDPR, you have the right to access, modify, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us at nico@my-sweet-ldr.com.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with French law. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
